How to Redeem a Reward

Earned enough points? Time to redeem a reward! Here's how.

Steps

1. Go to Rewards — Tap Rewards in the navigation bar

2. Browse available rewards — See all rewards and their point costs

3. Find one you can afford — Your point balance shows at the top

4. Tap "Redeem" — Click the redeem button on the reward

5. Confirm redemption — Tap "Confirm" to spend your points

6. Enjoy your reward! — Points are deducted from your balance

Before Redeeming

• Check you have enough points
• Make sure you really want this reward (no refunds!)
• Some rewards may need parent approval

Tips

• Save up for bigger rewards — they're often more exciting!
• Check if new rewards have been added recently
• Parents are notified when you redeem

Troubleshooting

Can't redeem?

• You may not have enough points
• The reward might require parent approval
• The reward could be inactive

Points didn't deduct? Refresh the page. If the issue persists, contact your parent to check the redemption status.
