You are solely responsible for the content you create and share. We do not monitor user content but reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The ChoreSplit service, including its design, features, text, graphics, and software, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that ChoreSplit will be available at all times or free from errors. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or updates without prior notice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

ChoreSplit is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
