How to Track Project Progress

Keep an eye on your project's progress to stay on track and celebrate milestones.

Viewing Progress

1. Go to Projects — Tap Projects in the navigation

2. See the overview — Each project shows a progress bar

3. Tap a project — Open for detailed task status

Progress Indicators

• Progress bar: Visual percentage of tasks completed
• Task count: "5 of 12 tasks complete"
• Due date: How many days remaining
• Status badges: On track, Behind, Complete

Task States

• Pending: Not started yet
• In Progress: Being worked on
• Complete: Finished and verified

Tips

• Check progress daily for active projects
• Celebrate when you hit 50% and 100%
• If falling behind, adjust due date or reassign tasks

Troubleshooting

Progress not updating? Make sure tasks are marked complete. Only completed tasks count toward progress.
