How to Add Tasks to a Project
Add individual tasks to break down your project into steps
Projects become powerful when you break them into tasks. Each task can be assigned and tracked.
Steps

Open your project — Go to Projects and tap the project name

Tap "Add Task" — Click the + Add Task button

Enter task details:
- Name: Specific action (e.g., "Sort through boxes")
- Points: How many points for completing
- Assignee: Who should do this task?

Tap "Add" — The task is added to the project

Repeat — Add more tasks to complete the project
Tips for Breaking Down Projects
- Make tasks specific and actionable
- Each task should take 5-30 minutes
- Order tasks logically (what comes first?)
- Don't forget setup and cleanup tasks
Example: "Clean Garage" Project
- Take everything out of garage (15 pts)
- Sweep and mop floor (10 pts)
- Sort items into keep/donate/trash (20 pts)
- Organize tools on wall (15 pts)
- Put back items neatly (10 pts)
- Take donations to drop-off (10 pts)
Tips
- Assign different tasks to different people
- Higher points for harder tasks
- Mark the order so people know what to do first
