How to Delete a Reward

When a reward is no longer relevant, you can remove it from your family's reward list.

Steps

1. Go to Family Settings — Tap Family in the navigation

2. Find the Rewards section — Scroll to Rewards

3. Tap the reward — Select the reward to delete

4. Tap "Delete" — Click the delete button

5. Confirm — Tap "Delete" again to confirm

What Happens When Deleted

• The reward is removed from the available list
• Past redemptions are preserved in history
• No one can redeem this reward anymore

Tips

• Consider deactivating instead of deleting if the reward might return
• Seasonal rewards can be deactivated and reactivated later
• Deleting doesn't refund points from past redemptions

Troubleshooting

Deleted by accident? You'll need to recreate the reward. Past redemption history is preserved but the reward itself cannot be recovered.
