How to Use Project Templates

Templates let you create projects with pre-defined tasks. Great for recurring projects!

Using a Template

1. Go to Projects — Tap Projects in the navigation

2. Tap "New Project" — Click the create button

3. Select "Use Template" — Choose from available templates

4. Pick a template — Browse categories like Cleaning, Events, etc.

5. Customize — Adjust tasks, points, and assignments as needed

6. Create — Your project is ready with tasks already added!

Available Template Categories

• Cleaning: Deep clean, Spring cleaning, Move-out clean
• Events: Birthday party, Holiday prep, Family reunion
• Seasonal: Back to school, Summer break, Winter prep
• Organization: Declutter room, Closet organization

Tips

• Templates are starting points — customize for your family
• Save your own templates from completed projects
• Adjust point values to match your family's system

Creating Your Own Template

After completing a project, you can save it as a template:

1. Open the completed project
2. Tap "Save as Template"
3. Name your template
4. Use it for future similar projects

Troubleshooting

No templates showing? Templates may be a premium feature. Check your subscription status.
