How to Export Transactions
Download transaction history as a CSV file
Export your family's transaction history for record-keeping, budgeting, or tax purposes.
Exporting Transactions

Go to Transactions
Navigate to the Transactions page.

Set your filters
Apply any filters (date range, member, category) for the data you want.

Tap Export
Click the Export button in the top right.

Download CSV
The file will download to your device.
What's Included
The exported CSV contains:

|---|---|
| Date | Transaction date and time |
| Member | Who made the purchase |
| Merchant | Store or service name |
| Category | Spending category |
| Amount | Transaction amount |
| Status | Pending, completed, or reversed |
Export Tips
💡
Apply filters before exporting to get exactly the data you need. For example, export just one child's transactions for a specific month.
Using the Export
Common uses for exported data:
- Budgeting apps - Import into Mint, YNAB, etc.
- Spreadsheets - Open in Excel or Google Sheets
- Tax records - Keep for deductible expenses
- Allowance tracking - Monitor spending patterns
File Format
The export is a standard CSV (Comma-Separated Values) file that can be opened with:
- Microsoft Excel
- Google Sheets
- Apple Numbers
- Any text editor
