How to Manage Your Subscription

Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your ChoreSplit subscription

Manage your ChoreSplit subscription from account settings. Upgrade for more features or cancel anytime.

Viewing Your Subscription

  1. Go to Family Settings — Tap Family in navigation

  2. Find "Billing" — Scroll to the billing section

  3. View details — See your current plan and status

Subscription Plans

Feature Free Premium
Family members 4 Unlimited
Tasks 10 Unlimited
Rewards 3 Unlimited
AI features
API access
Priority support

Upgrading to Premium

  1. Go to Billing section
  2. Tap Upgrade
  3. Choose monthly or annual
  4. Complete payment
  5. Features unlock immediately!

Changing Plans

Switch between monthly and annual:

  1. Go to Billing
  2. Tap Change Plan
  3. Select new plan
  4. Changes apply at next billing cycle

Canceling

  1. Go to Billing
  2. Tap Cancel Subscription
  3. Confirm cancellation
  4. Access continues until period ends

After Cancellation

  • You keep access until the paid period ends
  • Data is preserved (nothing deleted)
  • You can resubscribe anytime
  • Some features become limited

Troubleshooting

Payment failed? Update your payment method in Billing → Payment Methods.

Charged twice? Contact support@choresplit.com for billing issues.

Can't find cancel option? If you subscribed through the App Store, manage it in your iPhone settings under Subscriptions.
